Louise and Annie share a common passion in promoting fairy tales for celebrating individuality and creative self-expression to fire up the potential of self-belief that exists within every one of us. This was the intention behind Follow Your Star, it’s ok to be different. A book written to inspire acceptance, self-belief and share the joy of being different.
Wellbeing from sole to soul, loving what she does
Louise Exeter is an holistic therapist and spiritual mindfulness mentor with over 25 years’ experience in complementary therapies and wellbeing work. Louise has lectured, run workshops and taught CPD courses. Louise also writes regular newsletters and blogs for Heaven’s Way Angel Inspirations for Life Soul Sanctuary.

A mother and Grandmother, living in West Yorkshire, Louise believes it’s important not to lose connection with a child-like sense of wonder or the natural world around us. Believing in the positive power of words and that we are all connected to a loving universal energy; while missing her clients during lockdown, Louise evolved her career to writer for children’s stories with messages for self-worth for projects that still cared. In a world of social media Louise thinks this is important. Louise enjoys, meditation, early morning journaling with a cup of coffee or curating her next children’s story.
